Texture Hacks no longer work ( Help Please)

Recently,  I decided to go back into using texture hacks from my copy of Brawl, but  the File Patch Code(3.5.1) is not working. I had the Unrestricted camera codes as well, and they work, but for some reason the texture code doesn't work.(I am using Gecko OS)
The File Patch code worked in 2012(May of that year), but are not responding now. Only the camera codes work.
I'm also using Windows 8, which initially couldn't read my SD card, but I formatted it to work. Would that have something to do with it?

try making a new gct with the codes you want, since it is reading your codes...

another thing is, check your SD files, maybe you have a misnamed folder or something

Thanks for your help, I had my folders as:
(X):\private\wii\app\TITLE\RSBE\pf\Fighter\(Character Name)\
Instead of (X):\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\Fighter\(Character Name)\
