As the title says my brawl freezes after the strap screen and before that it froze at character select.
Can anyone help me?

You have to give actual details. Are you using riivolution? Are you using gecko? Tell us a little about yourself.

Your hack is bad. Check if your files are incorrect or the file size is over it's limit.
Possible culprits are info2/info.pac, menu/common/strap/strap.pac and maybe your CSS is bad.

It wouldn't hurt to give us more details.
