I started brawl hacking by only using texture hacks such has Fit. I only really used 2 codes and they were Unregistered Camera and CSS's for Zelda/Sheik, pokemon, S/ZZS and they were inside an RSBEO1 file. When I found out about codes, I started to use Gecko Cheat Code Manager. I applied certain codes such as Tripping Rate Modifier. However, once I exported them to GCT and started up the game, only the new codes worked. The Custom CSS and Unregistered Camera did not work at all. Worst of all, my other hacks such as character texture hacks and music replacements didn't appear in the game. To get back those hacks though, I get rid of the new RSBE01 file and replaced it with  my old RSBE01 from the past and it works like before except without the new codes added. I try to attempt putting the codes into the game by putting the old RSBE01 into Data> Gecko > codes and have the code manager export the new codes into that RSBE01. I still got the same outcome as before. I even put the new RSBE01 into codes and still had the same outcome. This isn't critical, but it still stops me from putting new codes into the game.
P.S I am using Gecko 1.9.3.1/ Gecko Cheat Code Manager ( Wii Cheat Code Manager)

You can add codes to your RSBE01.gct with GCTedit.

Thanks, I don't know why the Code Manager made my texture hacks not appear.

By exporting the codes from Code Manager you were replacing your old GCT file thus deleting the file with the File Patch Code in it. In Code Manager add all the codes you want at once then export it into the codes folder. Also save your code file as a text file somewhere so you can add to it later.
