Metal Mario over Olimar

I downloaded the Metal Mario import over Olimar, all goes perfectly but the Olimar rocket appears at the characters entry on the stage and i don't know how to fix it, there was not a RSBE01 file with a "Olimar has no entry code or something, and it needs a .rel file so i want to know how to fix this urgently....
