Besides, I haven't seen any true evidence that the guy is "cheating" (though it's not a game, dammit ! ). Damn, there are a lot of people whose first texture has been Shadow, or would like it to be. You guys can't deny that. It's the most basic kind of thing a newbie texturer would want.
And finally, if he's the idiot there, then you guys shouldn't be the ones talking about it. He should. So please stop with this, and look at other pretty things that are not a download count. Do some textures, help people in need, kiss your mother,... idk. But get your eyes of the top Downloads.
It's not like people who would have wanted a CSS won't download it if it isn't first place, dammit.

Maybe if I had passed by the same kind of threads with but with CSPs/music/etc instead of CSS, I wouldn't have been kinder.
Besides, there are other really good CSS on the web. It's not like he has the Monopoly.
