In  order to port Mewtwo over Jigglypuff, I need to use these codes. One of them is to give JP three jabs and another is to use someone else's IC-constants. I've been told that you only need one of these codes for ports to work properly, but I would appreciate a more thorough explanation.

Each character has a few IC-Constants to determine what can and can't be done...

I believe an IC-Constant is basically like this:

  • A number of a move's amount (ex. number of times a character can punch, jump, etc.)
  • Whether a move can be performed (ex. the player can fly, the player can wall jump, the player can rapid-jab, etc.)
  • How a move is performed (ex. final smash close range, final smash long range, etc.)

So in other words it's what makes a character play the way they do.

Hope that helps ya understand a lil' more.  Cool I would also like more info on this. Anyone wanna help us out?
