Noob in Peril

Hello everyone
I have been using this site for 2 years but Today I finally decided to make an account.

I have been having problems finding the Fitmotionetc.pac files and I need them to create my own animations and PSA for the character, I already know a little about these things but all I need are the Fitmotionetc.pacs Can Someone show me where they are or at least point me in the right direction?
