Character Lightning Effects

Hey there!

First post, looks like I need some help.  I've been trying to figure out how to add lightning effects to characters.  I've been playing with a Teen Gohan PSA which displays lightning around the character and would like to apply that to others.  Anyone have suggestions?

Learn to use Project Smash Attacks. You can insert GFX using that program.

Yup, been tinkering with it this morning.  No sweet clue as to what I'm doing but hopefully I can find the source of that particular effect, then I can start thinking about how to apply that elsewhere.

It's all common sense when you know how PSA works. GFX are usually placed in the GFX Tab in the SubActions. And here's a list of GFX that may help.
