There's many awesome model imports, but unfortunely some of this imports cause so much lag which discourages use them, i want to know if there's a way to reduce lag in heavy model imports? Maybe reducing the quality of textures in Brawlbox... if anyone know a way, please teach me.

The game lags because of how many vertices there are in the model. So unless you're experienced with model importing, and modelling in general, you won't get far.

I want to believe you imported it, if thats so, you have to reduce the vertices count in 3ds max or whatever you used for the import, then prooptimize it or in the worst of cases, unrig it, use wield and rig it again

Or wait for the tristripper in the next BrawlBox which should reduce lag with models.

Thanks for the reply, i like to know if is too difficult to unrig a model, reduce the vertice count in 3d max and rig it again.

    just reduce the texture size
no need to reduce vertices count

    just reduce the texture size
no need to reduce vertices count

That won't fix the lag, it only makes the filesize lower.
    There's a difference.
