I couldn't fine this anywhere on google, mainly due to the perimeters and filters of this question. Any road, how do you Install Models/Hacks on a PAL SSBB Iso, with Dolphin?

I really want to replace R.O.B With Roy, (Roy's our boy!) however, I can't find decent instructions anywhere on the internet.
