help with inserting hacked stages

how do you put hacked stages into brawl? i don't mean stage hacks like stage texture hacks and hacked stage builder parts, but actual stage hacks. i inserted the stage liked this: pf>stage>melee>STGFAMICOM.pac
i forgot who made the hack, so thanks for whoever made, but it was the arena stage from tales of symphonia. when i started a match on the stage i replaced it i, which was the famicom mario bros. stage, the game froze and made a really annoying noise. can someone help me? thx

make sure u have the right name for each stage

either that, or your forgetting the .rel file needed to replace it, more than likely it was meant to replace final destination, unless it specifically says the fami-com stage...

you need the .rel file most of the time, it goes in the RSBE/ pf/ module folder.
its kind of hard to explain, and im not all that familiar with it either...

mmmm. i lisent about the .rel files  but i no idea of WTF it is...somebody can explain this pleaseee i ned the informatio, mi custon 2d stage frezee ecept in final destination i replace the .rel files of final destination a rename in the oter stages i try to put mi 2d stages but´s not work...BEEEEEPPP,xD
