What would happen if i didn't unlock everything in Brawl and decided to use hacks?

I ask this because I transfered my original Brawl Data to the Wii U, and I just need to be sure in case somthing goes wrong, and also cause I'm going back into Brawl Hacks.

    My main concern would be CSS and Stage Selection hacks because some of them have their icons moved around, and I dunno what kind of effect it has on a person that doesn't have everything unlocked.
