Need help on CPS and maximum character costumes

Hi, I just began exploring the different options that exist for hacking SSBB, and I was wondering which was the correct way to add more characters to the roster, as I mainly want to include different skins for characters, but I can't seem to find how to add more characters. Another thing I want to do is to be able to add more skins for the existing characters, but I can't find a way to add more spaces in the Character Portrait section.

Could someone be so kind to put me in the right direction?

There is no way to add characters to the roster(not yet),but you can have separeted Zelda/Sheik,ZSS,and Independant Pokemons(through codes).

I cant seem to combine ASF1nk's CSS with cBliss, I've been doing what the tutorial for combining CSS and I changed the codes and added ASF1nk's codes but it shows me the standard CSS, before I added the codes for ASF1nk's CSS it showed me the CSS, but it was all disordered, as prevented on his tutorial for using the CSS anything you know I can do???
