This is a really tough question to answer considering that 'the best' is different for each person. That's a decision you're going to have to make on your own
That being said, I've had a good amount of fun with SDoom's UMVC Spidermanand Tormod's Fierce Deity Link.

It's more of your own personal opinion on these man. AS Drogoth stated he said SilentDoom hacks are good. Don't get me wrong he is a beast animator and PSAer but I just never liked his final work of the characters BESIDEs Veautiful Joe. Which is someone you should use to replace Yoshi.
Other than that you have to downloaded the PSAs and try them to your liking.

Yeah you're gonna have to do some digging yourself to find PSA's you'll like, cause some PSAs have an esoteric character/style that may not be for everyone, like my old Sora PSA, which is going to be updated once more after updating my oldest PSA, Gray Fox.
