Textures and stages don't change :(

I have downloaded and done everything I was told on youtube. The character portraits are different,  but the textures and stages didn't  change when I start playing.

Have 3.5.1 from Phantom wings

Maybe the folders aren't correct. Recheck them to make sure.

folders are fine.I'm thinking it might be my wii. I have 4.2 should i just format it. Or is it something im doing wrong

There's a difference between 4.2 and 4.2U. If you have 4.2 than that would most likely be a problem.

Have 4.2U and deleted all the custom stages, replays, reformatting SD card . Still nothing worked. I still have the pics show but no changes with characters. Plus when I go random stage it goes to final D and theres no stage. This is a complete fail.

thats mad weird man. go check out the Noob's Guide on here n re check if every folder is named correctly n that u have Phantom Wing's File Patch code
