i need help whit stages whit rel files to work and custom selection screen

i keep getting those annoying sounds went i put stages whit rel and custom menu selection doesnt even appear can anyone help me out plz?

My brawl is NTSC-J(i dont have usa or pal version)

i got the file replacement code for NTSC-J and works great whit character textures and stages recolor but freeze whit stages needing rel files
