I've done some research myself but it was useless. How in the world do I get a .pac file without using someone else's? This has been bothering me and I would appreciate it if answered.

I think that in the "Resources" section in the forum is the pack that contains the files

^Either this (at the bottom of the list) or use the wiiscrubber program to extract the file from an iso.

Open .pcs, select the ARC, change compression to None, save as .pac, done
