Help with animating stage background.

I know the basics of background animation through tutorials but for some reason I cannot find out how to animate this stage (http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=31367)

Without having it crash upon selecting it in the menu.

If anyone knows how I can make the background spin slowly or able to replace it without crashing please let me know.
