Project M and BrawlEx? Help

Does BrawlEx (http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=65113.0) work with Project M (http://projectmgame.com/en/) Please Reply Quick. This Forum say that they do work together but don't say how to do it. http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=67176.0 And this forum is working on it http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=66871.0 Please Help

Check out Project Ex: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?ByUserID=6507&Moderated=All  I've seen builds with Project M working with Brawl Ex and ones working with Stage Roster Expansion, but I can't find one with all three. :C Brawl Ex says stage expansion works, too, but I can't get it working.
