If I am correct there is not ONE hack that doesn't require the File Patch Code. That is always required if I am correct.

Well if you mean what program to make a GCT which is the file with the codes in it. Then I recommend Code Manager. But since I am bored let me do that for you. I will then give you a link to the needed files. Okay so I made this for you https://www.dropbox.com/s/4w3eqi2d4d3wpjb/RSBE01.gctIn the root of your SD Card make a folder called codes and put it in there. I am assuming you have set up your SD with the following file branch SD/private/wii/app/rsbe/pf/fighter/purin/[Your File] I am also assuming you are booting with something like Gecko or Riivolution Hope this helped if it didn't I will try to help more.

What was the hack? Because if it was one of the hacks where you have to rename it to the proper filename, that could be important to setting it up.

You do the link like you normally would, but put a = after [url, before the ]. Then you put the text in the middle.
