Pokéball Pokémon Question

Is that possible to edit the chance of rare Pokémon such as Mew, Jirachi and Celebi to appear out of Pokéballs? Is that possible to edit damages from Pokéball Pokémon, too? The answer will be revealed when you make a post, so don't ignore this thread.

You know people would be more willing to post if you didn't seem so obnoxious. Start by not sending random people PMs whenever your threads are ignored.

Though to answer your supposed question that you're keeping the answer in suspense for whatever reason (2edgy4me), you'll need to do some serious Hexing if you want to edit Pokeball Pokemon and other Items.
