riivolution 1.04 freezes?

I'm on riivolution 1.04 on 4.2U using beyond's launcher. Lately I have noticed that whenever I choose falco or game and watch and select a stage, the game will be stuck on ready to fight and the stage will never load. I had characters on those 2 characters previously but ever since the game wouldn't start when they were selected, I put the original files back on to the characters, and the game will still not get past the stage screen once you select a stage with either of those characters. I tried doing this with a 1gb wii sd card and a 4gb sdhc card with the same result. How can I fix my falco and game and watch? and how can I prevent further freezing on riivolution if possible? thank you.

first of all which two characters did you put?
and if you removed them you shouldn't need to put the original files back

That's how it was like originally. Everything seemed to be working fine, but all of a sudden I have noticed freezing when trying to start a match with those characters, so I tried replacing the characters with .pac and .pcs files that I know have worked previously, but both characters will still freeze. It pretty much feels like the game is not acknowledging and letting me change the characters at all, and it is just stuck always freezing like it always does.
     I can edit any characters successfully except falco and game&watch

As far as i know both of them use rel files right? did you remove those? Also if they use codes they might effect it as well

yeah under the module folder on my sd I deleted the .rel files for both already but when I try to play as either of the characters the match will still never load. I never inserted any codes.

Bear with me on this:

1. so as of right now there should be no falco/gamewatch folder in the figther or any rel.

2. what other hacks are you using right now/ who did play with when you tried to test out falco/gamewatch?

3.Are you using anything  like brawlex ,brawl minus....etc..

1. There is a falco and gamewatch folder in pf>fighter, no .rel files for either of them.

2. Not really using any hacks besides some sfx insertions for some characters, tried playing a game with different characters that I know are working

I get the same result. I choose falco and another character that works, click a stage, I hear the crowd cheer, nothing happens. same thing with game&watch. annoying as fuark

Hrrrrmmm can you send the files from your sd card it'll be better if i can take a look at it
