BrawlEX Extra costumes?

[Slick76jakers]

In Nebulon's brawlex pack, he has extra costumes for some characters, Yet I heard that cbliss is unusable with brawlEX. I'd love it if someone could teach me how to add these extra costumes. Thanks. :kdance:
