would it be possible to take maybe the american narrator and change it to the japanese narrator? or vice versa? or frace version...or even hispanic?

Well, replacing just the announcers would be hard, but you can replace the entire sound effects file with the Japanese one using Riivolution (FPC doesn't patch the SFX file).

    I dont think you can change it. I have never done it but that seems like a big part in the game that would be hard to play with
