Could someone link me to a video on how to install Nebulon onto Dolphin Emulator? Or tell me a step-by-step?

    If you are asking where to get it, asking for an ISO or a ROM or linking to one on these forums is against the rules. If you're asking how to run it with Dolphin, I believe Dolphin has a browser that can open .iso files.

    I am not asking for an ISO, I am asking how would you put it on Dolphin, that still agains tthe rules?

    That isn't. I just don't know how, but I believe Dolphin has an easy game loader.

    search a tutorial for using project M in dolphin (there are many of them in youtube) and replace the sd.raw's content with everything in nebulon's build
