Ok, i'm new at this and I have a couple questions, I don't care if there stupid or not.
If I download brawlbox, will it work without framework? Do I need framework to run it? I'm asking this because this is the only thing I would need framework for.
And what the heck is a PSA?

I would say download brawlbox and see what happens. It works on my 8 year old com so you should be fine.

PSA is short for "Project Smash Attack"

There's a program called Smash Attacks that is used for coding a characters attacks to give them new properties. If you have seen the Cloud hack on Ike that's one of the popular PSAs now.
