More snake codecs

I have been wondering if it is possible to add new snake codecs for brawl EX characters, or alternate codecs for the existing characters.

If possible how would I do it, and if it is impossible what would be stopping me.

If it helps I found the dialoug for the codecs on the Shadow Moses Island stage files
