Missing Slot Characters on CSS

[Wiisam]

I downloaded this pack:
http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=210053

And apparently some characters were missing on CSS but I asked the guy who made this pack and he said that he forgot to put the unlock everything code. He hasn't respond to me since and here I am stuck wondering the code because I have no idea have no idea about the code nor I don't have any idea which hack does it belong to.
