Need help with imported stages they dont work when i put it on a any stage...

i dont seem to understand why my wii keeps freezing what do i have to do with the .rel files?
dont the .rel files go with the STG(stage name).pac files?  
please tell me what i have to do with the .rel files

i heard that the .rel files go in a module folder but where do i put that folder if i even need the folder

i wish to use the awakened ventis stage for distant planet but my wii freezes as I said before...

and i know only serten imported files work on serten stages

Oh, and you gotta have US Brawl for them to work. I'm not sure if swapping PAL module files works yet :/
