Is there any current way using dolphin to bypass the 3.79 file size limit so I can use hd cosmetics

Yeah, with modding Dolphin on my end, I edit the ISO, and, while there is a limit of filesize still, it's way higher of a limit than with Gecko/Project M hacks.
