Any Good Model Resizers and Riggers out there...?

Okay. Here's what I'm doing. I'll tell you everything I did and can't do. This is my project, Apollo (Animal Crossing: City Folk) over Falco, btw.

DID
Grab the Model
Figured out CMPR Style Textures Work (They show up on him)

CAN'T DO
Resize Model by x0.3 to Match K.K. Slider
Rig Model to move to move like Falco

The Can't Do stuff...is because I lack 3DS Max. I would visit the college I went to in order to work on this...but their doors closed. Anyway, if anyone wants to get involved, please let me know. I will then PM my Skype Name to all who want to help. I understand life happens, so please...take your time.  :)

 You can always use Blender instead; Just check my website for tutorials or further details on my tutoring sessions ;)
