Would I use the Brawl or Project M Folder?

I'm running the basic BrawlEX pack using Gecko OS and have been downloading textures that I really enjoy here. Some come with individual folders that are labelled either Brawl or Project M, both with the .pac and .pcs files for the character. Which one would I use if I'm modding using BrawlEX?
