Can you use the no cape/tiara/breastplate model? I'm trying to fix mine and it's still messing it up. First, I replaced the eyes on mine with the eyes from yours and got this: Then I took the no tiara/cape/breastplate model and applied it to your texture and got this: Is it a problem with the model I'm using? Because other than that I have no idea what could be causing this anymore.

for future reference, just in case u decide to do other textures, make sure theyre always png format. back then i saved them in gif format n that messes up the texture.

To add to this, the texture formats, RGB5A3 and RGBA8, are known for having multiple transparent colors, which aren't seen with the PNG format, even in Photoshop CS3 and CS4. In cases like that, export the textures as TarGA (.tga) images and edit them in CS3 or CS4.
And like ItalianStallion said, never export textures as GIF images.
