What was your exact methodology with WiiScrubber? It sounds to me like that you didn't do the manual file replacement as is required with the WiiScrubber method; there are other methods too, that have different pros/cons than WiiScrubber
i did something like this:
>downloaded the mod
>extract it
>opened wiiscrubber
>replaced the pac and pcs vanilla files with the skins files(those were pac and pcs with the same names)
>opened dolphin
>nothing appears,just vanilla skins
