    I tryed to swap olimar's model with silver's from GHZ it works but this happens

    should be self-explanatory.

    This happens, everyone who's done this has said over and over again that it's only good for taking screenshots because it's too glitchy to actually play with.

    try this instead.  it's fixable, it's just that certain bones aren't matching up.  for instance: Silver has a TransN of 4, Olimar's is 1, therefore a problem, which is what your seeing.  the download has two files, one for Bowser and one for Ness.  they should both work without the screen stretching.  and the reason for those two, Silver's bone structure matches theirs better.

    how do i change were the bones are?*like changing silver's TransN to 1 to fix this glitch?

    i want to put silver over olimar, not bowser or ness for 3 reasons
    1.I've been trying to get rid of olimar for quite some time because he's EXTREMELY BROKEN
    2:bowser is one of my mains
    3: I'm going to make a mega man PSA for ness

    I would suggest not importing its very difficult because it screws up bones and vertices
