How do i give someone an attack100 and how do i pt effects such as flames or aura on certain body Parts/bones?

The 'Neos' were scrapped (not that anyone cared)
-Taekwondo TLink 33%( I need help getting the original bones to stay without adding awkward mid frames, also adding hitboxes,and most likely in the end a texture which i could most likely do if i had a sleevelss TLink

    1. IDK

    2. Go to graphics then select a  bone of ur charector then put in the graphic idea and change the graphics size and such to fit.
