Silver has been ported to Luigi and Knuckles has been ported to Pikachu. I know Knuckles has glitches, but I'm not sure about Silver.

Not that I know of, not yet. But keep your eye out because, like, 8000 people are trying. But you are going to lose some other characters. Unless someone manages to vertex hack Sonic's head into that of the other characters, you'll only be able to do one at a time. But again, keep an eye out, someone already did it with Shadow, I doubt the others will be too far behind.

I tried applying the Whimsical Sword Glow to Link, but putting the file as FitLink00 or anything else doesn't make it work! I've tried everything I know, but I just can't make it work!! It's a PSA. You don't rename it. It applies to all Link slots.

Using the same PAC file, everytime my Link gets KO'd, the glow vanishes and about three to four KOs later, so does the afterglow. Am I still doing something wrong?

No, it's nothing you did wrong. I'm actually using that .pac file too and it disappears. It's just something the maker of the PSA overlooked. I've gotten used to it though >.> |
