    ok that sounds like a great idea! This is going to be a an awesome FS. So how is this going to play out? We are going to use Ness's FS for part of this right? Should Ness's FS be the Shin Massenkou?

    The way I see it this is roughly how the damage should be placed.
    Massenkou: 10-15%
    Rakuhouha: 20-25%
    Shin Massenkou: 30-35%
    Total: 60-75%

    This way its now too overpowered or underpowered. Also are we going to make His FS a 100% hit rate? Or optional hit rate? I think it would be 100% because the damage isnt too high but idk yet.

    Another factor is what % will it K.O at? I was thinking somewhere between 75-100% (before the FS damage has occured)  Other than that everything else seems fine.

    [EDIT]hey i just realized the topic now says Project Zero(change of plans) whats up with that? I didnt notice till now

    I think we will need to discuss the FS more later though, and see what ShadowSnake or maybe even D1337 thinks, since he knows as much about Mega Man X as I do, and thusly maybe as much about Zero.

    I would like to make a texture for this. With permission of course.
    Reading the thread I can see D1337 and Wafflehack are doing the texture work anyway I may join them?

    Alright cool. I hope D1337 likes this seeings he working the main texture edits.
    I'll post a pic before I submit just to make sure its good.
