[Character - Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Custom Character]
Basically I replaced all of roys fire effects with ice effects, making him icey cold! Unfortunately I don't know how to apply effects to a singular costume, so it will have to completely replace the fitroy.pac in the pf/fighter/roy folder.
