[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Sonic]

Shimakaze joins the brawl! Credit gos to Gamidame_K for the base FitSonic.pac file to make Shimakaze's boneset look fine. It looks distorted in BrawlBox, but in-game, it looks fine. If you want the base, you can find it here with the import:

Shimakaze is a pretty fast character. I tried to incerase the run speed attribute from 30 to 35.5. Not everything is changed, so I'll keep it like that for a while.
