[Stage - Texture, Import - Norfair]

Stage now has a Metroid Lab variant for P+, thanks so much to Kirbeast for solving a very annoying glitch.

EDIT 3/31/2020 Animated Sheegoth! Also more model optimizations and water animation fixes.
Works over Hazardless Norfair alts in Legacy and VPM.
