More Unique Dr Mario Alt for Project+ by StupidMarioFan1 with credit to PMDT, LXPDT, P+DT, CSProject Backroom[Character - Texture, Vertex, Import, Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Mario]

Added P+ v2.2 versions as well as fixed an error with Dr. Mario's Tie on stages like DKCR: Sunset Shore for all versions.
ORIGINAL: 12-25-2020:
While on the surface not a lot has changed in this update, multiple things were reworked & overhauled to be way better & more customizable.
A basic rundown of what is in this mod:
All Doctor Mario costumes have been changed to the Legacy XP model.
All animations have Coat & Stethoscope physics (ported from Legacy XP, some edited, some brand new)
Two unique Idle Animations (not the main one because of PSA problems)
Unique Entry animation + recreated Pill Entry from Ultimate.
One unique Taunt animation (Thinking instead of Removing Hat)
Two unique Victory animations (Throw Pills, Play with Stethoscope)
Flash White instead of Red during Neutral Special.
Sparkle GFX added to Neutral Special to be more like Ultimate.
Pill model from Legacy XP (Lower Quality for File Size purposes)
Legacy XP's Viruses appear instead of Coins during Up Special (Blue has a darker texture)
Side Smash has different Lightning GFX.
Legacy XP's Final Smash ported and modified to be closer to Smash 4 & Ultimate.
New Pill Sounds from Ultimate have been added.
New Mario voice clip added from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions.
Pill Hit Sound used for Up Special & Final Smash to make them more unique.
Cape is now Lower Quality for File Size Purposes.
Up Special's first frame of animation has been changed so Mario doesn't have his feet on the ground, and then both the Ground & Air versions use the same animation. This results in minisule differences but differences non-the-less for Competitive play. This change was made so SpecialAirHi could be removed to reduce File Size.
All changes have been made to both Project M 3.6 Mario & Project+ v2.15 Mario. Some things are not specified here so there's a reason to watch the video, however all changes are covered in the ReadMe text file.
There are Two versions of the moveset:
One where all the Attacks are the same for a relatively Competitive-Friendly experience.
One where the Doctor costumes have a unique Down-Air & Back-Throw along with an edited Forward-Air, all based off of Ultimate.
The PM & P+ File Path downloads only have the first version for the purpose of being "drag & drop" downloads. The Everything download contains the alternate moveset, along with a few extra files for modding purposes.
BrawlEx Builds are recommended so Multiple FitMarioEtc.pac and FitMarioFinal.pac files can be used, Non-BrawlEx Builds are still really complete though.
This mod will be updated whenever Project+ + BrawlEx is released, currently no release date so I don't know when that'll be.
