So, there was not much to change considering all of Luigi's SFX are practically the same.

[SFX - Luigi] Well, Nobody made a sound mod for Luigi for Smash Bros. Brawl about this voice from Mario Party for N64, and of Course, for The Japanese version of Mario Kart 64.
Luigi's previous voice was performed by Julien Bardakoff while Charles Martinet played Luigi's voice in the International version of Mario Kart 64 after 2 months ago outside in Japan. Mr. Bardakoff was replaced by Mr. Martinet for perform Luigi's current voice, and Voices clips are used from Mario Kart 64 in Japanese version, Mario Party 1 & 2 for the Nintendo 64 and Mario Kart: Super Circuit for the Gameboy Advance.
And Also, I added Luigi's Voices Clips from Super Smash Bros 64/Melee.

Luigi sounds the best in those two Mario games, so, guess I'll make a voice hack for it!
Designed for Project M but it should work for vBrawl. Tried my best to make every sample clear and audible!

614 September 30th, 2012 [SFX - Luigi] All voice clips have been replaced except for his snoring. The reason why it is V1 is due to the fact that the voices are kind of low. I'll update this and remove the "v1" after I raise the voice individually.
