If you downloaded the "PSA 2.70-1.90" pack provided by this site under the "Resources" tab, then you shouls have a text file that says "ALL ABOUT PSA P1" Open it up, press ctrl+F, and type "Flags values:elemental damage" Those are the attack effects. Go to the moves that freeze the foe in-game(Ex. Attack11, SpecialN, etc. Correspondant to the motion file.), and change their elemental effect from there.

The Mach Tornado is an article. Snake would have to be on-screen for what you're doing to work, because the article can only be spawned when the character who owns it has been loaded. Meaning: If you could find a way to put Snake's moveset into MK's, while keeping MK's moves, you'd be set.
Could you tell me which portion of this is the Project Melee 2.5b custom stage select screen code? I'm sure I started from the beginning, but again, I can't read coding. And I can't be the only one who wants an awesome sss in regular brawl.
I've tried that but it has only given me "Open link in new tab, Open Link in new window, Open link incognito window, Save link as, Copy link address, then Inspect Element"
Find the CSP you want, look up and right of the picture at the "Oprions" bar, click it. It comes up with "Download" and "Copy".
