Basically I'm SUPER new when it comes to any sort of modding or hacking. Basically, I have this model that I want to place over the Captain Falcon move set and skeletal rigs. Will this program allow me to do that? Please get to me soon <3

I tried to use this for Riivolution but my game never started maybe I did something wrong or this was only for gecko?
You need to use a .gct without the filepatch code and I think you need an updated XML.

When are rotating and shrinking/expanding vertices going to be features?
The vertex editor is great by the way. I made a model the other day using it and it's a lot simpler than having to import, export, maxscript, donkeybox. I love how you've integrated it straight into Brawlbox.

Just tested with .PAC, it also works.
Yeah, just once per animation.
Crashes the game before I even get to stage select if I compress as PAC. Cleaning everything has worked nicely though.

Right then. Compression won't work because the file needs to be a .pac so my other option is cleaning all the animations. I'm not entirely sure how tha works. Do I need to go through every frame of every animation hitting the clean button or do I just have to press it once per animation. Also do I need to do it on each bone or just once for each animation/frame with any bone selected?
Once again, sorry to be a bother.

Hit the clean button on ALL of the animations. ALL of them.

You might get lucky and find the developers were lazy with their keyframes like they are with Samus. You can clear up TONS of space in Samus's animations if you hit clean on all the animations.

You can set the compression to Lz77
This sounds easier though so I'll start with this.

I have a problem, not sure if it can be remedied. I'm making a Ganondorf PSA and the moveset file has become too large through making new animations. Is there a way to make brawlbox compress the files more so that the file is under the allowed size?
Even though a lot of the animations I've replaced are now shorter the filesize is larger. Shame really, I may not be able to change the grabs.

So I had a thought. Could we replace the extra character's sound bank with one for say master hand or a subspace emissary boss, edit the sfx file to say roy's melee sounds and then change the sound effect pointers in his PSA to master hand so that you could have roy's sound effects and marth's sound effects?

Found another bug, BJ.

So, what actually happens is: First off, when you press the insert button to add frames, the model doesn't update in real time like it usually does. And when this happens, sometimes pressing the "1 frame back" button will bring you to the first frame instead. But the worst thing about it is that sometimes adding frames will add a frame in the spot you specified and delete the last frame in the animation at the same time.

Odd.
Oh yeah, the Insert button didn't seem to work for me any more.

While you're still working on Ikarus do you think you could put the moveset editor back into the program since otherwise we'll be stuck with v0.68b until Ikarus comes out.

I've used this with the Stage expansion and it works fine, I'm positive you're just setting you're stage expansion wrong.

FlutterBomb which GCT are you using? The one's I posted do have the Filepatch code.

Tiberious honestly I haven't tried.

mew2ds this is only 1 extra slot you're trying to add 4.


Don't worry about it. It's Dolphin that's the problem. I'm sure it'll work on a real Wii.

OK. Having problems here. Everything works great with your GCT but when I add my own codes to these ones it breaks the Pokémon Trainer. When a match ends if Pokémon Trainer was a combatant then the game freezes.

What filepatch code is in your GCT? I've tried 3.5.3 and 3.5.1. Neither seem to work. What am I doing wrong here?

EDIT: OK so I am now thinking there is no filepatch in the GCT. If filepatching is what's breaking my pokémon then what is going on? Could it just be having too many lines of code?

Pretty sure it's just Dolphin that's causing me problems.
