Satoshi here, with my own moveset and hacks!
I've been wanting to do a PSA over Marth for some time, but I was in the dark with the first PSA release. It wouldn't open the files, but when I got the new one, I could finally screw up his moves.

The moves are:
A moves:
AA combo: Snake's side tilts
Dash Attack: Zero Suit Samus's Dash Attack
Up Air: Default, with lightning hit on the tip
Forward Air: Default, lightning hit on tip
Down air: Default, lightning hit on tip (MAY CHANGE TO SOMETHING ELSE)
Back Air: Zero Suit Samus's Back Air
Neutral Air: Default, with lightning hit on tip
Side tilt: Default, but with lightning effect when hit with the tip
Side Smash: Link's Side Smash (1st part)- Lightning effect and interruptable
Down Tilt: Default, with lightning effect with tip hit
Down Smash: Sheik's down smash
Up tilt: Default, lightning effect on tip
*Up Smash: Default, Roy-style with lightning instead of fire, and does MAJOR damage (About 50% if all of the attack hits)

Specials:
Neutral B: Default, lightning effect on full charge
Side B: Default, lightning effects on all the fourth hits
Down B: Default, ligtning effect on attack
Up B: Default, Roy-style with lightning

Throws:
Up Throw: Zero Suit Samus's up throw
Down Throw: Snake's up throw
Back Throw: Ike's Back throw (if it works)
Forward Throw: Ike's Forward Throw
Throw Attack: Default, with lightning effect

**Final Storm (Final Smash): Default with major lightning hits, maybe a HUGE combo that kills everything.

*I want to make lightning pillars rise when the move is activated, but I don't know how to do that yet
**I want to have Ike's final smash (it fits my character more), but I don't know how to do that yet

Can anyone help me with the * things? I'd really appreciate it.

Anyway, here's the character. It's not the latest version, and the Down smash freezes at random times, which mainly appear to be when there's 4 characters.
