is it possible to edit articles, so can i make lucas' pk fire article a small blast of wind thats the same size?

is it possible at all to completely make a new character without having to edit off of an old one? like design the entire structure of the character and his moves?

can someone please explain to me what I need to format the Sd card so i can download gecko onto my wii? I read all these tutorials, and they say "go to your apps folder" and "go to wii/apps/___" and i dont understand how to create these. Are they supposed to be automatically created by the Home Brew?
