LARRY THE LOBSTERThat Lifeguarding Lobster From The Bottom Of The Ocean.
I didn't take that many pictures of this one cause I didn't care much for it. He just seemed to fit very well over Donkey Kong. And he does. His small puny arms don't match well with Donkeys and his poor legs couldn't rig well enough to his real many ape legs so this little frail fish will have to do with what he has. Obviously the claws are good and his body works well enough.

CATTLEThe Meanest Mother[censored]er Around.I spent barely anytime on him and his rig is probably just barely but still better then Snorlax's. Here it is, Cattle! I know everyone has been waiting for this one. He comes with Cow Tail Whips and some nice leaves? Cows eat leaves! It makes some sense! I had no internet so I was doing some random models on my computer. I have a bunch more, so stay tuned. I also hope double posting when updating a topic isn't a big deal around here.

I'm gonna let this slide since you're new here and all, but in the future, try to ask permission to use pieces from other peoples' imports before using them in your own works.
Specifically, that fishing rod.
Haha but I'm not knew to the Internet! Don't worry I asked his permission, you could ask him if you want. -Just curious, are you assuming I didn't ask because I'm new? Because I gave him credit and everything so I don't see where you came to the conclusion that I didn't ask.

SNORLAX COSTUMESThe Big Guy Gets Some Clothes.
Snorlax is one of two things. He is my prized beginning of truly creating an import for brawl. He is also my greatest flop. And although I plan on fixing all his errors after I have learned more (as I do most of my imports), for now I'll just improve the aesthetics. Snorlax now comes with five new costumes along with his standard one. The PokeTrainer Snorlax comes equipped with a hat, a backpack and his trusty Old Rod, having just caught a magikarp (Thanks to Snoopy). Caped Snorlax is the meanest greenest goggle wearing, Skiploom harnessing Snorlax around. Bandana Snorlax comes with his prized Starmie. Ghostly Snorlax is just the spirit of Snorlax (and also a Sudowoodo), having no legs, he floats around the field with his Duskull pal. (Free cookie to whoever finds Gengar.) And then of course Shiny Snorlax. I felt it was fitting to leave him be, just added a nice smile on his face and his pals are shiny too. This was a lot of fun to play around with, and I think it helped me. I hope you try to enjoy Snorlax.

5 magikarp+1 gyarados
Captain magikarp :
1 Magikarp on the head, 2 for arms, a shiny gyarados (or not shiny) and 2 magikarp for legs
EPIC MAGIKARP PAAWNCH!!!
I love your models, they are really good, keep going^^
Why thank you, and I can attempt something like that, It's going to need some planning though.. Edge loops are pretty much what the name implies: loops of edges, heheh. Basically, you're adding more vertices in areas like joints and such so that they bend properly.
There are plenty of tutorials on this on Youtube and such, I really recommend digging up as much as you can. I mean, if you're interested in learning how to model or something.
Trust me, it gets pretty intuitive with some practice. I'm no pro, but I've pretty much taught myself everything I know by following tutorials made by people better than me. So yeah. Just a thought.
Looking forward to some more creative imports.
Thank you, and I have tried to watch and read as many tutorials as I can. I'll look more into the edge loops and such, anything to improve.

at least the previews dont show the rigging errors. also, before checking any rig, here are some questions: -is this the first time you use 3ds max or any 3D software? -if not, how much experience do you have? -when you say a lot of time, how much REAL work time do you think you've spent approximately on a rig? EDIT: edge loops are "rings" of vertices, the easiest way to add them, is first making sure you have a edit poly modifier, now use the edge selection, select a ring of edges, right click, and select connect, this will make a new edge loop in the exact mid-point between it's 2 neighbours. model editting should always be a kinda big part in the process of importing a character to brawl, for proportions' sake. This is my first time ever using 3ds, although I've tried to read as many tutorials as I can. And I usually spend two or three hours checking the rig to make sure it atleast looks okay in game. I know they aren't flawless, but I get them as close as I can with my knowledge. So edge loops do what, exactly? Does it make it so the vertices are all together throughout all movements?

feraligatr+golbat=instant epic win dragonit+charmander=instant epic win sir, this stuff is awesome, haven't checked the rigs though, but the ideas are great, and that's important as well I've put a lot of time into my rigs, that's kinda why I put this topic here. I'd like to know if anything is off at all, cause I am a bit of a perfectionist. If you ever get around to checking them out, please do tell me how they are. And thanks for the compliments too.
