You just have to make a .rar file, upload it somewhere and send it by private message with all of the files (FitCharacter00.pac/.pcs, FitCharacter.pac and FitCharacterMotionEtc.pac)
(Also, can I have teh files too, plz ? I don't have them anymore .-.)

I agree with Bakuz, plus "Brawl Styled" don't exactly mean it's just desaturated (and IMO, the colors are fine with the default one)
For it to be Brawl Styled, it would need more details, shading in some places ...etc (and depending on how the UV are, maybe redo them too)

But anyway, nice import !

Well, for this kind of size mod, I don't think there would be enough bones to delete in the first place, almost every bones is one slot so it add a large number to the bone index ...

Well, I'm not entirely sure about it, but the best should be to delete "useless" bones until the ThrowN bone is equal to "64"
And, by looking quickly in the files, I don't think there is enough bones for it ...

... But meh, if it can be avoided by just paying attention of the grab, it's not really much of a problem, and there is lot of work in it already (... Dat size mod) so it's fine

For the "disappearing" glitch, I think it's because of the size mod, the "ThrowN" bone here have the bone index "74" while in the original I think it was "64" or something like that

Well, good luck on that, I don't know anything about character import nor one slot bones, but this won't be easy at all, I think...

And Captain Falcon could be a second choice if over Bowser doesn't work as planned ... I guess

For the same character with different mask over Zelda / Sheik, it's ... THE idea, it fit perfectly, so yeah, go with that !

(By the way, don't forget something, the "faces" of her dress are supposed to be holes, so a transparent material will be needed)

and i've already got the tools and stuff from City Folk, so the basic ones won't need to be made.  although that megaphone would be useful if that's included in the moveset.
