Yeah I didn't feel like being fancy this time. I'll do it for the next preview.

The X8 Models are nearly completed. The only thing that remains now are the Metal Textures and to make the Hermes and Ikarus version of the Armor X.

If I remember it right, all armor models from X8 are the same models, just with different textures, right ? (or at least, they are really similar model wise)
So I think it would be possible to just "clone" the Ultimate Armor when it would be done and recolor the textures Cheesy (I don't really know anything about character model import, so it's maybe not "that" easy)

Anyway on a happier note. I've been working on a new X Model with the help of Calikingz.

Mega Man X8 Styled X Model


I'll be rigging this for the PSA in the near future. I'll probably wait a few days with it cause I want to have the Ultimate Armor for the Final Smash.

How about another version of the MMX8 alt with the Neutral/Icarus/Hermes armor for X's "weapon" ?

What about, fixing the Megaman PSA for Ness
Then make the Snake port and edit few things to make them better with Snake's files ?
And then release both, for the ones who want to replace Ness or the ones who don't mind using a BrawlEx clone for Snake

Technically, both would be happy that way, I guess (... Well, it also mean more work too)

I mean hitbox-wise, plus it'd just desync wifi and it shouldn't have to because it's an item hack that everyone should be able to enjoy.

You can also edit the boneset and then edit the animations
But it looks pretty good as how it is right now

(btw, items/AT/Pokemon hack are accepted in this thread ? oh my)

I got this done in 4771 tris, which is amazing and gives me plenty of room.
All that remains would be the weapon on his holster which he never uses.

Also does the program also support, like, adding collision and such to them ? (I couldn't figure how to do it right via hex editing, I could only edit the GFX or flags)

... What about SSB4's FS ?

I guess for obvious filesize reason it wouldn't work, but every "Megaman" appeared in a game where low poly model of the character exist (MMX from Maverick Hunter X, MM.Exe from MMBN5DS, Geo Stelar from MMSF1-2-3, Rock Volnutt from MML1-2)... sooo... yeah, I dunno

Otherwise, for this port & amelioration, all of my yes !

I thought that it was pretty cool, lol (But it isn't canon at all)

And I think you should maybe make X's iris a bit wider , I don't know why, they seems kinda weird (but it's probably just me anyway)
